Have you had bad experiences buying via the internet? Have you ever paid for an order but never received it? Do you only dare to purchase products cash on delivery or even just pick them up? Then paying via Klarna offers the solution.
How does Klarna work?
Shop today and enjoy your new purchase right away. If you are immediately satisfied, you pay in the Klarna app. Not immediately satisfied? Please contact Cuddle Tower first for a solution. You pay for the purchase up to 30 days later. No interest. No extra costs. Well smoooth.
In the Cuddle Tower shopping cart you enter simple personal information that you always have in your memory, such as address and name.
Payment term of 30 days
The 30-day payment period starts as soon as the purchase is shipped. This means that you can take the time to try out your purchase. So you only pay for what you keep.
The payment to Klarna
You can easily pay in the Klarna app with iDEAL, or, once your bank account is securely linked to the app, with one click.

Purchase amount refund period
Knuffeltoren will reimburse the full purchase amount, including any shipping and/or payment costs calculated in our webshop. We will do this without delay but within 14 days following the day on which you as a consumer report your withdrawal. Unless we offer to collect the product ourselves, we may wait with reimbursement until the product has been received or until you as a consumer demonstrate that the product has been returned, whichever is the earlier. We aim to refund the full purchase amount within 5 working days. For the refund we use the same payment method that you used in our webshop. The refund is of course free of charge for you.
Purchase amount will be refunded:
- Generally within 5 working days (see exchanges and returns for exact information)
- Automatically on the account you paid with
- Including any shipping and/or payment costs calculated in our webshop
